We will support children’s ability to listen, understand and communicate, which is crucial for lifelong learning and future success. This is underpinned by communication and language, personal social and emotional development, literacy and expressive art and design. Each room will deliver through core books & rhymes, sing and sign, babbling babies and musical matters.
Inquisitive and ambitious thinkers
To foster children’s understanding, curiosity and appreciation of their natural world staff will deliver the Wanderlust Programme inspired by Hygge. This underpins mathematics, understanding of the world and expressive arts and design.
Healthy, independent, explorers
We will encourage children to develop healthy and active habits which will influence lifelong health. We will promote staying safe in the sun, good oral health, healthy eating and lets move programme This is underpinned by physical development.
Resilient and motivated individuals
We will promote a sense of self, supporting confidence and developing strong relationships. Every child will have a dedicated key person with a secondary one so they are supported at all times. We will promote core stories to develop and support language skills, increase vocabulary and in addition gain a love for books.
