At Little Gems we provide effective daily feedback stating how your child has been during the day, any toileting messages, what they have eaten and what exciting activities they have enjoyed that day. Daily feedback from you is also essential in a morning when you drop your child off. It is very beneficial for us to know if your child has had a good nights sleep, eaten their breakfast and are generally ok in themselves. This communication and partnership with yourselves as parents enables us to give your child the best possible care.

• We work closely with our families and build good relationships with them so that we can work collaboratively for the good of our children.
• We have an extensive list of policies and procedures which we follow at Little Gems. These are available at any time upon request and are given out at the time a child registers with us.
• Each child is given a dedicated Key Person who takes responsibility for their care and development here at Little Gems. They provide daily feedback and are the contact for you as a parent/ carer. The Key Person will provide fortnightly observations for you to see and update you weekly with our weekly news.
